Authorizes the Department of Health to transfer two parcels of state-owned land in Fremont County to the Wyoming Department of Transportation and the City of Lander.

Directs the Department of Health to convey 28.94 acres in Fremont County (Section 17, Township 33 North, Range 99 West) held for the Wyoming State Training School to the Wyoming Department of Transportation, with the legal description provided. (Section 1(a))
Directs the Department of Health to convey 90.87 acres in Fremont County (northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 33 North, Range 99 West) held for the Wyoming State Training School to the City of Lander, with the legal description provided. (Section 1(b))
Requires that land conveyed to the City of Lander be used for residential housing. (Section 1(d))
Specifies that conveyances shall be made without payment of consideration, but all costs for surveys, title insurance, and closing shall be paid by the Department of Transportation for its parcel and by the City of Lander for its parcel. (Section 1(e))
