What does this amendment do?

This amendment changes the land transfer terms from being made without payment of consideration to being made at fair market value price.

Modifies subsection (e) to require that land conveyances be made for a price based on fair market value, rather than without the payment of consideration. The receiving entities (Wyoming Department of Transportation and City of Lander) would still pay survey, title insurance, and closing costs. (Page 6, lines 6-7)
