Prohibits the state and political subdivisions from requiring employees to refer to other employees using preferred pronouns as a condition of employment, receiving benefits, or under threat of adverse action. (W.S. 9-14-601(a))
Allows any aggrieved person to file a civil action against the state or political subdivision for violations, and recover injunctive relief, declaratory relief, compensatory damages, reasonable attorney fees, and court costs. (W.S. 9-14-601(b))
Creates an exception to the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act by adding W.S. 9-14-601 to the list of exceptions to governmental immunity from tort liability. (W.S. 1-39-104(a))
