What does this amendment do?

This amendment removes one subsection from the compelled speech prohibition and renumbers the remaining subsections.

Deletes subsection (iii) of W.S. 9-14-601(a), which prohibited compelling preferred pronoun use under threat of adverse action by the state or political subdivision. The remaining subsections are renumbered so that the grant/loan/permit condition (formerly subsection (ii)) becomes subsection (ii). (Page 2, lines 9 through 11 and line 13)
