What does this bill do?

Revises the distribution rates for Wyoming sales and use tax revenues between the state general fund and local governments.

Reduces the percentage of sales tax revenue credited to the state general fund from 69% to 65%. (W.S. 39-15-111(b)(i), Sec. 1)
Increases the percentage of sales taxes from out-of-state vendors distributed to counties, cities, and towns from 31% to 35%. (W.S. 39-15-111(f), Sec. 1)
Reduces the percentage of use tax revenue credited to the state general fund from 69% to 65%. (W.S. 39-16-111(b)(i), Sec. 1)
Increases the percentage of use taxes from out-of-state vendors distributed to counties, cities, and towns from 31% to 35%. (W.S. 39-16-111(c), Sec. 1)
