What does this amendment do?

This amendment delays the effective date of the sales tax distribution rate changes from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026.

Changes the applicability date in Section 2 from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026, delaying when the revised distribution rates for sales and use taxes become effective. (Page 5, line 21)
Changes the effective date in Section 3 from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026, making the entire act effective one year later. (Page 6, line 1)
