Requires the Secretary of State to publish and maintain all executive orders issued by Wyoming governors on its official website.

Defines 'executive order' as a proclamation or order executed by the governor pursuant to constitutional or statutory authority to implement any provision of law, excluding special session proclamations, certain proclamations under W.S. Chapter 4 of Title 8, election/convention proclamations, and constitutional amendment proclamations. (W.S. 9-1-302(a)(ii))
Requires the Secretary of State to make all executive orders available to the public by publishing them on the Secretary of State's official website. (W.S. 9-1-303(d)(iii))
Mandates that previously issued executive orders that can be reasonably located be published on the Secretary of State's official website as soon as reasonably practicable, including executive orders that have expired. (Section 2)
