Amends Wyoming court fee statutes to establish a process by which the Supreme Court may adjust court automation fees through rulemaking, replacing fixed dollar amounts with amounts determined under a new regulatory framework.

• Creates W.S. 5-2-120(e) authorizing the Supreme Court to promulgate rules establishing court automation fee amounts. Fees must be set at levels necessary to cover direct and indirect court automation costs without exceeding them, and the Supreme Court must maintain records and file annual reports with the legislature on fees collected and amounts charged. (W.S. 5-2-120(e), Sec. 1)
• Permits the Supreme Court to establish separate court automation fees for chancery courts if needed. (W.S. 5-2-120(e)(ii), Sec. 1)
• Amends probate filing fee provisions to reference court automation fees determined under W.S. 5-2-120(e) rather than specifying a fixed forty dollar amount. (W.S. 2-2-401(a)(iii), Sec. 1)
• Amends Supreme Court appeal filing fees to reference court automation fees determined under W.S. 5-2-120(e) rather than specifying a fixed fifty-five dollar amount. (W.S. 5-2-202, Sec. 1)
• Amends district court civil filing and appeal fees to reduce base filing fees and reference court automation fees determined under W.S. 5-2-120(e) rather than specifying fixed amounts. (W.S. 5-3-206(a)(i), (vii), (x), Sec. 1)
• Amends municipal court cost provisions to reference court automation fees determined under W.S. 5-2-120(e) rather than specifying a fixed forty dollar amount. (W.S. 5-6-108(a)(i), Sec. 1)
