Authorizes distributions from the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust income account to fund six large wildlife and natural resource projects in 2026.

• Establishes authorization for funding of large projects under the Wyoming Wildlife and Natural Resource Funding Act, subject to Board approval and recipient certification requirements. (Sec. 1(b), W.S. 9-15-104(k), W.S. 9-15-103(r))
• Appropriates $150,000 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission for the Upper Greybull Fish Passage III project, a river restoration effort on approximately 48,850 miles of streams in northeast Wyoming to improve native fish migration and river function. (Sec. 1(c))
• Appropriates $700,000 to the Little Snake River Conservation District for the Baggs Valley Headwaters V project, a rangeland restoration effort across approximately 5,500 acres in Carbon County to maintain wildlife habitats and migration corridors. (Sec. 1(d))
• Appropriates $395,000 to the Park County Weed and Pest District for the Absaroka Front Cheatgrass project, an invasive species management effort covering approximately 48,000 acres in Park County. (Sec. 1(e))
• Appropriates $800,000 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission for the Cody Canal Fish Screen project, a river restoration effort to prevent fish entrainment in irrigation systems in Park County. (Sec. 1(f))
• Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Natrona County Weed and Pest District for the North Platte Cheatgrass project, an invasive species management effort covering approximately 9,000 acres in Natrona County. (Sec. 1(g))
• Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Teton County Weed and Pest District for the Western Wyoming Cheatgrass project, an invasive species management effort covering approximately 48,500 acres in western Wyoming. (Sec. 1(h))
• Requires any unexpended and unobligated funds from these appropriations to revert to the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust income account on June 30, 2030. (Sec. 1(j))

Effective: Immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution
