Amends involuntary hospitalization provisions by expanding the list of qualified examiners and modifying the maximum duration of directed outpatient commitment orders.

Expands the list of professionals qualified to perform involuntary hospitalization examinations to include licensed advanced practice registered nurses and licensed physician assistants, in addition to licensed physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists. (W.S. 25-10-110(e), Sec. 1)
Requires that if an examination is conducted by a professional other than a licensed physician, psychiatrist, advanced practice registered nurse, physician assistant, or psychologist, the court must appoint one of these qualified professionals to review the findings and conduct a further examination if needed.
