Establishes the crime of absconding for criminal purposes, which occurs when a person travels between Wyoming counties or from Wyoming to another jurisdiction after committing a crime, with intent to commit an additional crime, to dispose of or conceal criminal proceeds, or in furtherance of a felony. Sets the penalty for absconding for criminal purposes equal to the penalty for the most serious crime that was committed, was intended to be committed, or furthered by the absconding. (W.S. 6-5-215(b))
