Adds a new subsection to W.S. 17-29-701 allowing courts to award damages including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to a limited liability company or defending party when a dissolution application under paragraph (a)(v) is denied and the court finds the application was made in bad faith, including when the applicant caused or created the facts and circumstances alleged as grounds for dissolution.
