What does this bill do?

Repeals Wyoming's low-carbon energy standard requirements for public utilities.

Amends the definitions of 'dispatchable' and 'reliable' in the Public Utilities chapter by referencing W.S. 37-18-101 definitions. (Sec. 1, W.S. 37-1-101(a)(intro), W.S. 37-2-134(a)(i) and (iv))
Repeals W.S. 37-1-101(a)(vi)(N), W.S. 37-18-101, and W.S. 37-18-102, which contained low-carbon energy standard requirements and related provisions. (Sec. 2)
Directs the Public Service Commission to promulgate all rules necessary to implement the repeal of the low-carbon energy standard requirements. (Sec. 3)

Effective: Immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Wyoming Constitution Article 4, Section 8
