• Makes failure to stop at an accident resulting in bodily injury a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year imprisonment, a fine not to exceed $5,000, or both. (W.S. 31-5-1101(b)(i))
• Makes failure to stop at an accident resulting in death or serious bodily injury a felony punishable by up to five years imprisonment, a fine not to exceed $10,000, or both. (W.S. 31-5-1101(b)(ii))
