Requires Wyoming school districts to allow non-enrolled resident children in grades 6-12 to participate in cocurricular and extracurricular activities.

Permits school-age children who are residents of a school district, not under suspension or expulsion, and not enrolled as full-time students to participate in all cocurricular and extracurricular activities offered in grades 6-12, including activities sanctioned by the Wyoming High School Activities Association. Specifies that the participation requirement applies beginning in the 2026-2027 school year and in all subsequent school years. (Sec. 2)
