Extends deadlines for hearing and decision-making on industrial, wind, and solar project permit applications at both the state and county levels.

Extends the deadline for county boards to hold public hearings on permit applications from 45-60 days to 45-90 days after determining an application is complete. (W.S. 18-5-506, Sec. 1)
Extends the deadline for county boards to make a final decision on permit applications from 45 days to 60 days after completion of the required hearing. (W.S. 18-5-507(a), Sec. 1)
Extends the deadline for applicants to provide additional information in response to director requests from 30 days to 60 days after receiving notice of deficiencies. (W.S. 35-12-110(d), Sec. 1)
Extends the director's overall deadline to complete the permit application review process from 90 days to 120 days after receipt of an application. (W.S. 35-12-110(f), Sec. 1)
Applies these extended deadlines to all permit applications submitted under the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act and related statutes on or after January 1, 2026. (Sec. 2)
