Adds the Northern Arapaho tribe of the Wind River Reservation and the Eastern Shoshone tribe of the Wind River Reservation to the definition of 'qualified gaming entity' eligible to offer online sports wagering. (W.S. 9-24-101(a)(x), Sec. 1)
Requires online sports wagering operators to use geolocation systems to verify that patrons are physically present in Wyoming when making wagers, unless the commission authorizes otherwise. (W.S. 9-24-102(b)(i)(F)(I), Sec. 1)
