Modifies the deposit amounts for education savings accounts based on students' household income levels relative to federal poverty guidelines.

Sets education savings account deposits at $6,000 annually for students whose household income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. (W.S. 21-2-903(a)(i))
Sets education savings account deposits at $4,800 annually for students whose household income is more than 150% but equal to or less than 200% of the federal poverty level. (W.S. 21-2-903(a)(ii))
Sets education savings account deposits at $3,600 annually for students whose household income is more than 200% but equal to or less than 250% of the federal poverty level. (W.S. 21-2-903(a)(iii))

Effective: Immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
