Requires the legislative service office to provide live video broadcasts and recordings of specified legislative meetings to the public.

Mandates live video broadcasts of meetings of the management council, joint appropriations committee, management audit committee, joint interim committees, select committees, and task forces staffed by the legislative service office. (W.S. 28-8-105(a)(vii))
