Amends the definition of explicit sexual conduct under Wyoming's sexual exploitation of children law.

Modifies the definition of 'explicit sexual conduct' in the sexual exploitation of children statute to include actual or simulated sexual intercourse (genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal contact between persons of any sex), bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, and lascivious exhibition of genitals, pubic area, or female chest or breasts.
