Requires municipalities, counties, school districts, and special districts to post proposed and adopted budgets to their websites and file them with county clerks, and mandates that adopted budgets include prior-year revenue and expenditure reports.

• Requires special districts and other specified entities to report proposed budgets to the state department of audit and county clerk by June 1 each year, and to post proposed budgets conspicuously on their websites if they have one. (W.S. 9-1-507(a)(viii), Sec. 1)
