What does this bill do?

Amends columbarium construction regulations to specify material requirements for structural integrity of exterior walls, roofs, doors, and interiors.

Allows exterior walls and roofs to be constructed of granite, marble, slate, sandstone, limestone, concrete block masonry, or other materials of similar properties that achieve structural integrity, with a minimum thickness of six inches designed to withstand exterior weathering. (W.S. 35-8-402(a)(iv), Sec. 1)
Permits exterior doors to be constructed of granite, marble, slate, sandstone, limestone, bronze, aluminum alloys, or other materials or alloys of similar properties. (W.S. 35-8-402(a)(v), Sec. 1)
Specifies that interiors shall be constructed of granite, marble, slate, sandstone, limestone, concrete, or other materials of similar properties that achieve structural integrity. (W.S. 35-8-402(a)(vi), Sec. 1)

Effective: Upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution
