Creates an exception to criminal trespass and game-and-fish trespass laws for incidental contact while crossing between two adjacent parcels of land that share a common corner or are immediately connected.

Amends the criminal trespass statute to exempt from prosecution a person who incidentally passes through the airspace or touches the land of another while traveling from one authorized parcel to an adjacent parcel (sharing a common corner or immediately connected) that the person is also authorized to access. Amends the game-and-fish trespass statute to provide the same exception for incidental contact when traveling between two adjacent authorized parcels while hunting, fishing, collecting antlers or horns, or trapping. (W.S. 23-3-305(b), Sec. 1)
