Removes the limitation on the number of charter schools that the Wyoming charter school authorizing board may authorize.

Adds a new subsection (k) to W.S. 21-3-302.2 allowing the Wyoming charter school authorizing board to authorize any number of charter schools in accordance with article requirements, effective March 15, 2025. (Section 1, W.S. 21-3-302.2(k))
Amends 2023 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 179, Section 4(b) to increase the cap on charter schools authorized by entities other than school district boards from three to four schools prior to March 15, 2025, and specifies that charter schools previously authorized by the state loan and investment board count toward this limit. Repeals 2023 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 179, Section 4(c). (Section 3)

Effective: Upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution
