• The Wyoming livestock board must initiate memorandums of understanding with California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and any other state receiving Wyoming livestock. These memorandums must establish that livestock may be identified using methods provided in W.S. 11-18-117(c). (Sec. 1, W.S. 11-18-117(c))
• The Wyoming livestock board must submit status reports on the progress of developing memorandums of understanding to the joint agriculture, state and public lands and water resources interim committee by January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026. (Sec. 2)
