Amends Wyoming law to require schools to designate athletic teams by biological sex and prohibits male students from competing on teams designated for female students.

• Defines 'female' as a person with a reproductive system that produces, transports, and utilizes eggs for fertilization, and 'male' as a person with a reproductive system that produces, transports, and utilizes sperm for fertilization. (W.S. 21-25-101(a)(vi), W.S. 21-25-101(a)(viii))
• Requires public and private schools competing against public schools to designate each athletic activity and team based on sex. (W.S. 21-25-102(a))
• Prohibits male students from competing in athletic activities or teams designated for female students, and requires public schools to enforce this prohibition. (W.S. 21-25-102(b))
• Prohibits government entities, licensing organizations, and accrediting organizations from investigating or taking adverse action against schools for maintaining separate athletic activities and teams for students of the female sex. (W.S. 21-25-102(c), W.S. 21-25-102(e))
• Allows male students to train or practice with female-designated athletic teams provided no female student loses a roster spot, practice opportunity, competition opportunity, scholarship, admission, or other benefit. (W.S. 21-25-102(d)(ii))
• Prohibits schools from participating in athletic activities designated for female students with or against teams that knowingly or reasonably believed to have male students. (W.S. 21-25-102(g))
• Creates a private cause of action for students, parents, guardians, and schools to seek injunctive relief, damages, attorney fees, and other remedies for violations of this chapter, with a two-year statute of limitations. (W.S. 21-25-103)
• Repeals prior alternate procedures for determining student athletic eligibility. (W.S. 21-25-201 through 21-25-204, Section 3)
• Requires the University of Wyoming and each Wyoming community college to take all necessary actions to implement this act by July 1, 2025.
