What does this bill do?

Requires the Board of Land Commissioners to notify county commissioners at least 60 days before issuing or extending mineral leases on state and school lands.

Requires the Board of Land Commissioners to provide written notice to county commissioners at least 60 days before approving issuance or extension of mineral leases for oil, gas, coal, or other mineral production on state or state school lands. (W.S. 36-6-101(q), Sec. 1)
Requires the Board of Land Commissioners to provide county commissioners an opportunity to submit written public comments or present comments at the meeting where the lease is discussed or approved. (W.S. 36-6-101(q), Sec. 1)
