Increases the maximum fines and imprisonment terms that municipal courts may impose for violations of city ordinances.

Increases the maximum fine that a municipal judge may impose for violations of city ordinances from $750 to $1,000, and increases the maximum imprisonment term from six months to one year. (W.S. 5-6-201(a))
Increases the maximum fine for any offense under a city ordinance from $750 to $1,000, and increases the maximum imprisonment term from six months to one year. (W.S. 5-6-210(a))
Increases the maximum fine that a person convicted before a municipal judge may receive from $750 to $1,000, and increases the maximum imprisonment term from six months to one year. (W.S. 5-6-301(a))
