Amends the Wyoming Health Care Decisions Act to include dementia directives in the definition of advance health care directives.

Expands the definition of 'advance health care directive' to include dementia directives that provide individual instructions for health care decisions addressing the gradual cognitive decline of a person diagnosed with dementia. Allows dementia directives to specify health care decisions for each stage of dementia and permits them to supplement other advance health care directives. (W.S. 35-22-402(a)(i), Sec. 1)
