This amendment prohibits the use of appropriated funds for eminent domain purposes for a water project beginning April 1, 2026.

Adds a restriction that beginning April 1, 2026, funds from the appropriation made for this project may not be expended or used to exercise eminent domain for the purposes of the project. (Page 55, after line 12)
