What does this amendment do?

This amendment adds matching fund requirements to two appropriations in Section 328 for geological surveys and water development projects.

Requires funds authorized under subsection 328(b) to be conditioned on matching funds at a ratio of 1:1 (one dollar of appropriated funds to at least one dollar of matching funds from nonstate sources). (Page 141, lines 1-11)
Requires funds authorized under subsection 328(c) to be conditioned on matching funds at a ratio of 1:1 (one dollar of appropriated funds to at least one dollar of matching funds from nonstate sources). (Page 141, lines 13-23)
