What does this amendment do?

This amendment reduces the maximum authorized mill levy for fire protection districts from ten mills to six mills in two statutory sections.

Reduces the maximum mill levy limit for fire protection districts from ten (10) mills to six (6) mills per dollar of assessed valuation in W.S. 35-9-203(b). (Page 2, line 7)
Reduces the maximum mill levy limit for fire protection districts from ten (10) mills to six (6) mills in W.S. 39-13-104(e)(iv). (Page 3, line 4)
