What does this amendment do?

This amendment reduces the authorized mill levy limit for fire protection districts from ten mills to five mills in two statutory locations.

Reduces the maximum annual tax levy for fire protection districts from ten (10) mills to five (5) mills per dollar of assessed valuation in W.S. 35-9-203(b). (Page 2, line 7)
Reduces the maximum annual tax levy for fire protection districts from ten (10) mills to five (5) mills in W.S. 39-13-104(e)(iv). (Page 3, line 4)
