What does this amendment do?

This amendment changes the term 'interested party' to 'aggrieved party' in two locations within the Second Amendment Protection Act amendments.

In paragraph (ii) created by the Biteman committee amendment (HB0130SW001/AE), replace 'interested' with 'aggrieved' to specify who may bring a civil action to enforce the provisions of the section. (Page 6, after line 18)
Replace 'interested' with 'aggrieved' in the provision allowing parties to bring civil actions for violations. (Page 7, line 17)
