What does this amendment do?

This amendment removes gas from the scope of the enhanced oil recovery severance tax exemption, limiting it to oil production only.

Deletes 'and gas' from the bill title, changing 'tertiary oil and gas production' to 'tertiary oil production' to narrow the exemption to oil only. (Page 1, line 2)
