What does this amendment do?

This amendment removes the word 'Actual or' from the definition of 'sexual conduct' in the grooming statute.

Removes 'Actual or' from the beginning of the list of sexual conduct definitions, so that 'simulated' sexual conduct stands alone as a category rather than being presented as an alternative to 'actual' conduct. (Page 2, line 23)
