What does this amendment do?

This amendment changes the definition of owner-occupied primary residence to refer to 'beneficial owner' instead of 'owner'.

Inserts the word 'beneficial' before 'owner' in the definition of owner-occupied primary residence, so that the provision applies to beneficial owners rather than owners generally. (Page 2, line 20)
