What does this amendment do?

This amendment clarifies that the noncitizen designation statements on driver's licenses and ID cards must appear on the face of the documents.

Requires the statement on a noncitizen driver's license to appear 'on the face of the license' rather than potentially elsewhere on the document. (Page 2, line 8)
Requires the statement on a noncitizen identification card to appear 'on the face of the card' rather than potentially elsewhere on the document. (Page 2, line 15)
