What does this amendment do?

This amendment changes the funding source for settlement agreement provisions from the general fund to the legislative stabilization reserve account.

In subsection 3(a), changes the funding source for the $3,860,000.00 appropriation from the general fund to the legislative stabilization reserve account. (Page 6, lines 4-5)
In subsection 3(b), changes the matching fund requirement from the general fund to the legislative stabilization reserve account. (Page 6, lines 7-9)
