What does this amendment do?

This amendment reduces the large project energy matching funds appropriation from one hundred million dollars to sixty million dollars.

Deletes the word 'one' and changes the dollar amount from 'one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000.00)' to 'sixty million dollars ($60,000,000.00)' for the large project energy matching funds appropriation under Section 323. (Page 73, lines 13-14)
