What does this amendment do?

This amendment removes the liability provision from W.S. 1-39-124 and modifies the remedies available under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Removes the reference to W.S. 1-39-124 from the section creation, leaving only W.S. 9-25-101 through 9-25-104 to be created. (Page 1, line 10)
Deletes the entire W.S. 1-39-124 provision that established governmental entity liability for damages resulting from violations of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. (Page 1, line 13)
Removes the introductory language for Chapter 25 (Religious Freedom). (Page 2, lines 1-2)
Deletes language regarding the application of the act to laws adopted before, on, or after the effective date. (Page 5, lines 21-22)
Modifies the remedies available by replacing commas with 'and' and a period, and removes compensatory damages from the list of appropriate relief. (Page 6, lines 1-2)
