What does this amendment do?

This amendment adds a definition of 'governmental entity' for purposes of the gun free zones repeal statute and renumbers a subsequent subsection.

Adds new subsection (h) defining 'governmental entity' to mean the state, the University of Wyoming, and any local government as defined by W.S. 1-39-103(a)(ii), establishing the scope of entities affected by the concealed carry provisions. (Page 7, after line 12)
Renumbers the subsequent subsection from (h) to (j) to accommodate the new definition subsection. (Page 7, line 14)
