What does this amendment do?

This amendment changes the terminology used in the voter citizenship proof statute from 'Indian' to 'Native American'.

Replaces the term 'Indian' with 'Native American' in the definition of acceptable tribal identification cards for voter registration purposes. (Page 3, line 4)
