What does this amendment do?

This amendment deletes the enforcement and penalty provisions related to violations of the fiduciary duty requirements for state fund investments.

Removes subsections (h) and (j) of W.S. 9-4-722, which grant the attorney general authority to enforce violations and establish a civil remedy providing for treble damages and liability for fiduciaries who violate the section. (Page 8, lines 2-18)
