What does this amendment do?

This amendment modifies the ultrasound requirement for chemical abortions by making transvaginal ultrasounds optional rather than mandatory.

Restructures the ultrasound requirement language by adding a subsection marker and inserting a new provision that transvaginal ultrasounds may not be required unless the pregnant woman expressly requests one. (Page 4, line 8 and after line 9)
