What does this amendment do?

This amendment requires that at least two members of the commission be Wyoming-owned drift boat guide business owners.

Adds a requirement that at least two members appointed to the commission under W.S. 9-1-218 shall be Wyoming-owned drift boat guide business owners. (Page 2, after line 6, in subsection (b))
