AN ACT relating to homeland security; amending duties of county clerks, the division of criminal investigation and the director of the office of homeland security for identification of conveyances near critical infrastructure; repealing requirements to provide a list of designated critical infrastructure zones to the county clerks; amending and creating definitions; and providing for an effective date.
